Bold, Functional Interior Design

About Me

Erika Conner | Residential and Commercial Designer

I design spaces that are bold, functional, and completely unexpected.

With a BFA in Painting, I approach interior design the way I approach art—it's about creative expression, pushing boundaries, and solving problems in ways that surprise people. I'm drawn to projects that challenge me: transforming a 1920s hair salon into an immersive D&D gaming venue, redefining the typical assumption of what a commercial space should look like, or tackling residential projects that allow me to experiment with new techniques.

My work has been featured in The Spruce, Redfin, and Apartment Therapy (here and here).

I collaborate with businesses on commercial design projects and take on select residential work that genuinely excites me. You'll find documentation of my process, progress updates, and the occasional design philosophy ramble on this site.

When I'm not designing spaces, I'm hanging out with my two incredible little girls, training for a half-marathon, or plotting the next renovation with a sketchbook and too much coffee.
